The World of Coca-Cola Museum
S. L. King & Associates, Inc. (SLKA) in association with Rosser International, completed electrical and lighting design services for the World of Coca-Cola Museum. This project consisted of an 84,000-sq-ft, two story, steel-frame attraction, which shares a 20-acre site with the Georgia Aquarium. SLKA designed the event fit-up electrical system of the even spaces while also collecting load data for the electrical infrastructure design.
The overall plan identified light fixtures, lighting controls, receptacles, power outlets for plasma screens, video kiosks, signage millwork lighting, audio visual (A/V) systems, theatrical lighting. These electrical plans also encompassed providing power to the water feature pumping systems located outside of the museum. The contracting team started construction of the $97 million project in May 2005.
