S.L. King is currently involved with providing Mechanical and Electrical/Plumbing and Fire Protection design services. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical power distribution and lighting.

 

Fulton County Government Center

Atlanta, GA

S.L. King is currently assisting Fulton County with MEP and to modernize the entire facility Fire Alarm System to comply with the current Georgia State mandated Fire Alarm and Life Safety Codes. S.L. King designed the fire alarm system for 5 Buildings, and a Mass Notification speaker system.

 

Chatham County Courthouse

Savannah, GA

S. L. King provided professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPFp) design services for phase one of the Chatham County Courthouse.  The project will consist of addressing the electrical upgrades to the existing CCCH parking deck, located at MLK Blvd., West Broughton and Montgomery. These proposed electrical engineering services would provide emergency power systems to prevent occupants from being trapped in elevators and enable gates to remain in operation during power outages.
