Scope of Work
This project is part of the City of Atlanta’s $3.2 billion Clean Water Atlanta infrastructure improvement program, aimed at providing clean, safe water to residents and downstream communities.
The scope included the design and installation of various-sized water mains along M.L. King Drive, Wisteria Lane, Fairburn Road, Cascade Road, Kimberly Road, Campbellton Road, and Niskey Lake Road in Atlanta, Georgia. The preliminary design phase covered approximately 6.3 miles of pipeline.
Key activities included route research, site visits, development of route comparison matrices, route profiles, and detailed route analysis. Civil 3D software and Fulton County contour data were utilized to complete the preliminary route design.
