S.L. King & Associates, Inc. (SLKA), in collaboration with Rosser International, provided comprehensive electrical and lighting design services for the World of Coca-Cola Museum—an 84,000-square-foot, two-story steel-frame attraction located on a 20-acre campus it shares with the Georgia Aquarium.

SLKA was responsible for the event space fit-up electrical design and the electrical infrastructure load data collection. The project scope included:

  • Layout and specification of lighting fixtures and lighting control systems
  • Design of electrical systems for receptacles, power outlets, and multimedia features including plasma screens and video kiosks
  • Integration of millwork lighting, signage power, and A/V system support
  • Power design for theatrical lighting and event presentation equipment
  • Electrical service for the external water feature pumping systems

Construction for this iconic $97 million attraction commenced in May 2005. SLKA’s innovative and detailed electrical design contributed to creating a dynamic, interactive, and visually captivating experience for millions of visitors from around the world.
