Scope of Work
Performed an investment grade audit of the HVAC related ECMs, identified the HVAC system issues, reviewed, and optimized the control sequence, calculated the energy savings for proposed ECMs, and developed the scope document for construction. The Central Utility Plant (CUP) Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) and the building 101 Heat Recovery Chiller ECM combined make up the Design ECMs Scope of Work (SOW).
The following is a breakdown of the scope:
- High Temperature Hot Water Boiler Replacement
- Chilled water plant optimization including chiller/pump replacement and controls upgrades.
- Heat Recovery Chiller Study at Building 101
