Scope of Work
SL King was contracted in support of several projects design to meet stated goals for the Fulton County Urban Redevelopment Capital Improvement Plan, specifically, restoring designated facilities, economically and efficiently, to meet the long-term service needs of the county.
The SLKA project scope included the design services necessary for the preparation of contract documents necessary for the successful bidding contractor to cost effectively replace existing pneumatic and DDC systems with a new native BACnet Building Automation Systems (BAS), replace VAV terminal units with new DDC enabled equipment, and implement energy efficient control sequences for all new and existing HVAC equipment in several facilities.
