Scope of Work
SLKA provided comprehensive HVAC system design, including heating, cooling, air distribution, and smoke control systems for the new Brookhaven City Hall. The design was developed to achieve LEED and WELL Gold certifications, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and occupant well-being.
In addition, SLKA coordinated and supervised all MEP/FP systems, ensuring seamless integration of all building systems. Our team also managed the coordination and documentation for LEED and WELL certifications. The plumbing design and calculations were incorporated into the overall MEP scope of work. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2025, encompassing both design and construction phases.
