Scope of Work
S. L. King & Associates, Inc. (SLKA) provided full MEP/FP engineering design services for a new community center developed by the City of Chattanooga. The facility, approximately 24,000 square feet, was constructed on the site of a former recreation center and was designed to serve as a vital hub of resources and programming for the surrounding community.
The center features an official-size gymnasium with bleachers, a computer lab, a library/reading room, a game room, multiple classrooms, a full-service kitchen, office areas, and a multipurpose space for community events and gatherings.
