Scope of Work

S. L. King & Associates, Inc. (SLKA) was retained to provide mechanical design support for the replacement of the central Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) systems at Concourses T, A, B, and E with a new multi-stage system designed to efficiently accommodate current and anticipated load demands and variability.

In addition, SLKA is supporting the evaluation of the required PCA system capacity by reviewing current aircraft layouts and flight schedules at the specified concourses.

Lastly, SLKA is providing mechanical design support for the assessment of existing chiller plant spaces, including equipment orientation, spatial configuration, and reconfiguration to accommodate new chiller plants and associated support equipment.
